The App operates locally and only uses the information needed for Bluetooth communication and App functionality.

The App may access the following solely for functionality purposes:

• Bluetooth (BLE): Used to connect to your BlueNav system.
• Device-related data (such as connection status or technical identifiers): Used only to communicate with the BlueNav hardware.

The App does not use your name, email address, or location for identification, tracking, or marketing purposes.

3. How we use information

Any data accessed by the App is used only to:

• Connect to the BlueNav system via Bluetooth.
• Read system data (e.g. navigation or propulsion status).
• Send commands (e.g. anchor, heading, or speed control).

This data is processed locally on your device and is not sent to external servers.

4. Data storage

The App does not store personal data for business or marketing purposes.

Any temporary data used for Bluetooth communication remains on your device and is not kept after use.

5. Permissions

The App may request the following permissions:

• Bluetooth access: Required to communicate with the BlueNav system.
• Location permission: May be required by your device's operating system to enable Bluetooth functionality.

These permissions are used strictly for App functionality. The App does not use location permission to track your position.
